Sunday Spotlight: Artist Talk and Book Signing with Torrance York
Connecticut-based photographer Torrance York and Jessica Roscio, Museum Director and Curator, will be in conversation about the works in the exhibition "Semaphore."
York relies on her photography to explore her daily challenges after her Parkinson’s diagnosis. Her careful object studies, abstractions, and poetic landscapes create a narrative of how her life has changed and her hopes for a new future.
Following the talk, Torrance will be signing copies of her book, “Semaphore,” published by Kehrer Verlag in 2022. Books are available for purchase at the Museum.
